The second chapter in the Reflection Series, Reflection II adds a new layer to the developing story of Blue Run Spirits. Reflection II begins with Reflection I as the base, but unlike its predecessor which focused on darker base notes like oak and caramel, Reflection II zeroes in on the brighter middle notes that include florals and sweetness. Barrels that exhibited those mid-note flavors were prioritized, and Reflection II was born. Presented at 100 proof, tasting notes include orange zest, honey, and salted caramel.
