Cazcanes No. 7 Añejo Tequila

Named for the last indigenous people of Mexico to be conquered by Spaniards, Cazcanes crafts balanced tequila based on ancient recipes. No. 7 is one of their best offerings, crafted using natural spring water and the finest local agave. The tequila ages in re-charred American Oak for up to two years to bring out extra flavor and balance the agave perfectly. Complex and rich, the añejo is a welcome addition to craft cocktails but is just as interesting served neat or over ice.
