Many know the remote region of Silacayoápam as the Oaxacan Mixteca. The best mezcal in Mexico is distilled there. This expression from Dohba was born there and nurtured to maturity by Master Mezcalero Don Manuel González. The Joven Mezcal is intense without being too aggressive and is highlighted by herbal notes that make it a perfect aperitif.
