Tonneau means barrel in French. In watchmaking, it references a watch that's shaped like one. That makes the Timex Legacy Tonneau Chronograph Watch both aptly named and easy to spot. With rounded edges, integrated hidden lugs, a sizable dial, and plenty of gunmetal-colored stainless steel framing it, there's nothing quite like this model in Timex's catalog. Set on a black fabric strap with a red stripe, the matching black dial is elaborate and multi-layered with a date window at 3 o'clock, white minute hands, and a red seconds hand. It's different from a NATO strap, however, given the leather tabs at the spring bars.
